At KTC Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value (with the price difference payable by the customer). Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Engraved or personalized items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
